Currently excepting adolescent and adult new clients! Emotional pain and life stressors are inevitable as we walk through life. Whatever your experience has been or is currently you can find a safe place to heal and grow as we navigate together through life’s challenges. It is my belief that individuals who are willing to challenge and explore their thoughts and behavior patterns experience more peace within themselves and their relationships.

I have experience working with children, adolescents and their families in an outpatient and school based settings. I also work with adults who struggle with concerns such as parenting, relational stressors, faith and spiritual matters, anxiety and depression symptoms, anger, trauma symptoms, women’s issues and a variety of other concerns.

I am available to help you or your adolescent get to the next level. Life can have difficult seasons and sometimes it feels like it is a continuous cycle. You owe it to yourself to become the “best you” you can be as you were created with purpose and a destiny.
